I stayed at this hotel with my small family and found the rooms to be comfortable, clean, and perfectly met our needs. The service was extremely helpful, with staff being friendly, professional, and attentive to our every need. The location, while needing some upgrading, was great for exploring the attractions of Port of Spain, near many shops, and right next to the Queen's Park Savannah. The dining experience was excellent, offering a good selection of food with a nice view over the city. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed during our stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is ideal for traveling with family and perfect for Carnival festivities. The rooms could have been more spacious, but having a private balcony overlooking the hills of Port of Spain with a distant ocean view was lovely. However, being right above the air-conditioning machinery was a downside I couldn't ignore.
